Flexible cancellation conditions:

• 100% refund up to 24 hours before arrival and 50% beyond. 

• Reimbursement of the remaining nights if a case of force majeure occurs during the stay (such as confinement linked to Covid-19).

Arrival from 4 p.m.in general and in total autonomy. No need for an appointment to hand over the keys, they will be at your disposal in a secure box.

Departure at 12 noon at the latestto allow full cleaning service and a time slot of at least 3 hours between departures and arrivals.

After booking, you will have access to a "traveller" application allowing you toplan your trip as well as possibleprepare your stay inhelping you to identify places of interest and activities offered in Vichy and the region.
